The venue is yours for the duration of the agreed rental time — remember to factor in time for setup and cleaning when choosing how long to book. For example, 4 hours is usually plenty for a children's birthday party including setup.
Keys are handed over at the start of the rental period, usually at 13:00.
We will walk you through the venue at key handover — allow about 10–15 minutes for the orientation.
Payment is made at key handover before the event. Accepted methods: bank transfer, debit card, cash.
Weekend and weekday 24h rentals include basic cleaning: rubbish in the bins, bottles and cans in designated spots, and dishes equivalent to two machine loads — dishes can be left running in the machine. Bins are emptied for you. For day rentals the venue must be left in the same condition as on arrival, cleaning is not included. Turn off all appliances and lights as instructed.
Keys are returned at the end of the rental period — they are left inside the venue.

Yes, the venue has a kitchen and basic tableware available. There are also some wine glasses in the venue, but no champagne glasses.
