Age limit & alcohol

The renter must be at least 23 years old. Exception for student organisations. Minors possible on weekdays by separate agreement. All alcohol service is permitted for adults only.

Payment

Payment is made before the event at key handover. Accepted methods: bank transfer, debit card, cash.

Cancellation — Weekend rentals

• Cancellation must be made at least 4 weeks before the booking starts.
• Cancellation 2–4 weeks before: €100 fee applies.
• Cancellation less than 2 weeks before: €245 fee applies.
• No-show: the full rental amount is charged.

Cancellation — Weekday rentals

• Cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the booking starts.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before: half the rental amount is charged.
• No-show: the full rental amount is charged.

Cancellation fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis, for example by rescheduling the booking.

Cleaning

Basic cleaning is included in weekend and weekday 24h rentals. This means rubbish in the bins, bottles and cans in designated spots, and dishwashing equivalent to two machine loads. Full cleaning can be added for €70. For shorter rentals cleaning costs €50. We also charge: vomit and bodily fluids cleaning 50€/case and other extra cleaning 50€/h.

Damages

Food and drinks must not be placed on the billiard table. Any damage to the billiard table incurs a minimum fee of €50. The renter is responsible for other damaged or missing items based on the purchase price.

Noise

Excessive noise outside is not permitted after 22:00. Inside, music is allowed until the end of the rental period, but between 11:00–16:00 please be considerate of neighbouring businesses and avoid playing music too loudly.

Surveillance

CCTV cameras are in use outdoors by neighbouring businesses.

General

The renter agrees to these terms upon booking the venue. If the time between the booking date and the rental period is shorter than the stated cancellation periods, the terms will be applied on a case-by-case basis.
